Return & Exchange Policy

Levana Skin allows for the return of any purchases within 30 days from the date of confirmed purchase. To be eligible for returns or exchanges, products must not have been opened, used, and must be in a new condition.

If you choose to return a product, you will receive a refund for the item cost. However, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and the original method of payment will be used for the refund. Levana Skin is not responsible for any shipping expenses incurred during the return process.
